Client red flag

8 out of 10 times, when a client says, ‘We’ve tried a bunch of agencies and freelancers, but none worked out’ on a sales call… The problem isn’t the agencies. It’s the client. This is now a major red flag for me. If everyone else ‘failed,’ it’s probably not them.
